I created the YouTube channel Beyond the Surface to provide education and insight around trauma, therapy, and how unconscious patterns shape everything from dating and relationships to career, family, and identity. My goal is to help destigmatize mental health in the AAPI community, and to make it feel safe to talk about the things we were taught to keep quiet.
